Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact us at info@l-bshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to our error).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Items marked as final sale
